- Design, Develop, Support and Debug tools and scripts supporting the POS systems in the field.
- Manage security reviews and processes as liaison to Security teams.
- Provide technical, analytical, functional, and business domain expertise on POS Solutions.
- Troubleshoot problems using Splunk and database queries.
- Manage and maintain documentation central to operational effectiveness.
- Design, Create and Deploy data validation and monitoring against Test and Production POS Systems.
- 5+ years in a Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong SQL and XML skills. Splunk and PowerShell experience a plus.
- Strong Development experience in C# and .NET.
- Working experience with Angular / Node.js / JavaScript.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks like NUnit, Pester, or Spectator.
- Experience working in AWS: DynamoDB, SSM Parameter Store and S3
- API design and testing
- Strong knowledge of system and software delivery best practices and methodologies.
- Experience in working with retail engineering teams as well as retail support principles and practices.
- Strong organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Passion, understanding and appreciation of retail operations and customer service.
- An open, sharing approach to working with team members, business partners and peers.
- Self-motivated and possess an elevated level of personal accountability.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time with an expected 0-5%.
- BA/BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
