Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, such as PCI-DSS, and implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent fraud.

Subject Matter Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in packaged software solutions related to payment processing and identity management systems. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in these domains.

Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, guidelines, and training materials for payment and identity systems. Conduct training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders as needed.

Vendor Management: Collaborate closely with multiple vendors providing payment and identity solutions. Manage vendor relationships, coordinate integration efforts, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

System Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate payment and identity systems with existing infrastructure and applications. Ensure seamless data flow, security, and compatibility across various platforms.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of payment and identity systems, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for payment and identity-related issues. Participate in an on call rotation. Analyze and resolve complex problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

2+ years proven experience in working with payment processing systems, customer identification management/Loyalty solutions, and authentication protocols

2+ years experience in languages and technologies relevant to payment and identity systems, such as Java, C#, SQL, Splunk, and web services (SOAP, REST).

Strong understanding of security principles, data encryption, and compliance regulations related to financial transactions and personal data protection.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Past experience with security protocols, encryption standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR) related to payment and identity systems.

Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

Experience with system integration, data migration, and performance optimization.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
