- Day To Day:
- Write JSON APIs using Elixir programming and Phoenix framework for our shopping apps.
- Build JSON APIs that are well-tested and documented using OpenApi.
- Interact with talented front-end developers to build native apps in React that help with reporting and onboarding.
- Build web experiences that are reliable and well-tested with React developer.
- 5-7+ years’ experience writing JSON API in Elixir programming mixed with Phoenix framework.
- Working knowledge of SQL (great if your experience is PostgreSQL).
- Have worked in the production stage of product development and perform unit testing that is useful and effective.
- Desire to work in a startup environment that includes rapid release, quick and reliable decision making, and a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong attention to detail with tests & documentation.
- Driven personality & desire to improve a core product in a fast-paced environment.
