Title: Software EngineerLocation: Houston, TX ( 2-3 days work from office)Duration: 12+ Months 10+ years in software delivery with 5+ years of building and leading software engineering teams in growing organizations Skills required Technical. Strong knowledge of C#/.NET, Python, React technologies. Must be proficient and comfortable at leading a team of agile developers across multiple workstreams. Peer code review and solving software design challenges required. Designs and develops applications for windows, Linux, AWS and Azure cloud environments. Strong understanding of data management practices. Data engineering and pipeline development, warehousing, storage, lifecycle management, privacy, security. Strong experience with service-based integrations with microservices experience highly preferable. Quality-built APIs and API lifecycle is important. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Significant experience with Azure Functions, Web Apps, and distributed/ event-driven architecture. 5+ years experience with CI/CD delivery using Git/GitHub, VSTS/Azure DevOps, Terraform. A standout candidate would have practical agile experience in both start.
