Exciting opportunity for a Product Manager with one of our leading clients. In this role, you will develop technology solutions and deliver products to advance the mission of driving performance improvement. You will work collaboratively with application development, UX design, marketing, product strategy, sales, and business stakeholders to create and support the product roadmap during each phase of the product life-cycle. You will develop and launch products that deliver value to customers and the organization. Plan and conduct interviews with business owners and stakeholders. Will work alongside UX/UI designers to determine and write user requirements and business rules criteria; Develop and maintains product backlog(s) and assist stakeholders/end users with UAT. Collaborate with the development team to ensure the design meets customer requirements. You will support the project team during design, development, and QA testing by clarifying requirements questions. You will also communicate project expectations, updates and potential risks to team members, leadership and stakeholders while providing appropriate resolutions and recommendations; Position requires 5 or more years’ relevant experience in a product management/product ownership role. Knowledge of Agile-Scrum or XP methodologies is needed. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage through influencing is required. Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence is needed. Must be highly motivated, self-driven and able to work independently. Relevant Degree is preferred. Position allows work offsite; Local candidates preferred
