The opportunity is to leverage our several successstories, capabilities, and digital labs to acquire new customers in our focus industries across NorthAmerica.Responsibilities for Director of SalesMeet or exceed new logo sales targetsGenerate large enterprise leads through various sources including contacts, networking,conferences, calling, social media and follow up to closureMeet prospective customers, both virtually and in-person, at various stages of the sales cycle forboth inside sales team and self-generated prospectsLead and co-ordinate discovery sessions with prospects and what it takes to differentiate andwinUnderstand the role of various stakeholders in selecting new vendors and their criteriaWork closely with delivery and inside sales teams to offer the prospects relevant services andsolutionsCome up with sales strategies and front the opportunities until they close with support fromdelivery and inside sales teamsFront RFP and proposal presentations for new prospects with support from delivery and insidesales teamsWork with prospect’s VMO and Legal to close out contractsTake ownership in closing dealsQualifications for Director of SalesA deep understanding of the IT Services market for large enterprise companiesGreat communication and presentation skills virtually and in-personAbility to converse effectively with a wide range of stakeholders from Directors to CxOs in IT,business units and executive teamsExpert level interpersonal and persuasive skills.Team player with ability to work with multi-functional teams in different time zonesAbility to understand techno-domain challenges and market opportunities and discuss possibleideas/solutions strategically with prospects to address theseAbility to understand what the prospect truly needs from a new vendor and read between thelines to figure out what it takes to win a dealAbility to engage with stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levelsHave a keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions toproblemsWillingness to travel extensively throughout North America and at short notice.At least 10 years of experience with track record of meeting/exceeding sales target with at least3 years in a similar role.
