Job Title: Position Overview: We are looking for an innovative solution architect to develop and implement systems architecture that will meet business needs. The solution architects responsibilities include gathering requirements and functional specifications, assessing the current systems in place in order to identify areas in need of improvement, and overseeing development teams. You should also be able to regularly update the company on any developments in systems architecture projects. To be successful as a solution architect, you should be able to integrate any updated specifications and requirements into the systems architecture. An outstanding solution architect should be able to explain complex problems to management in laymans terms. Microsoft Solution Architect Responsibilities: - Attend sales calls andable to gather functional and business requirements with a client.
- Assess the requirements and understand existing customer infrastructure to provide the best solution.
- Be able to be consultative to our clients to provide the best solution.
- Be able to jump in for projects if there are challenges that the delivery organization has run into.
- Track each opportunity and provide updates.
- Be able to create Statement of Work and Work estimates on all opportunities.
- Assessing the business impact that certain technical choices have.
- Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
Position Requirements: Excellent Communication Skills Excellent writing skills Ability to conduct a sales call and gather requirements. Ability to design solutions using Microsoft Cloud Solutions Position Qualifications: 3 years of delivery experience in Microsoft Cloud Solutions 2 years of design experience in Microsoft Cloud Solutions. Certifications in Microsoft Solutions Endpoint management experience is a plus Security experience is a plus
