- Must have 12 to 15 years hands-on experience in the field of DevSecOps
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Jenkins and / or Azure DevOps and other similar CI/CD platforms such as GitHub
- Extensive experience in assessing DevSecOps maturity state for application portfolio with ability to define maturity improvement roadmap
- Extensive experience in defining and implementing DevSecOps strategy for customers
- Experience of ideating, designing and implementing DevOps solutions
- Extensive experience in assessing and design code branching, merging, and tagging strategies on Bitbucket, SVN and Git
- End to end experience on integrating DevSecOps tools such as SonarQube, Nexus, Fortify and other similar tools in Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps CI / CD pipeline
- Experience of deploying APIs and microservices into Docker or Kubernetes clusters using DevSecOps Pipelines and uDeploy
- Experience of Terraform and Ansible for infra build and configuration
- Experience of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience in recommending best practices on DevSecOps and Configuration Management
- Has played account opening role and can lead large team based at offshore
- Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in participating stakeholder discussions
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead DevOps initiatives
