- Be responsible for working with the team to define roadmap and implementation of the omni-channel marketing and technology platform stack, working closely with stakeholders in marketing and IT
- Be responsible for enabling offline and digital marketing solutions across web, mobile, email, analytics, reporting, personalization, decisioning, testing, display, search and social ad platforms.
- Conduct market research on latest trends, educating teams and researching
- Use acquired knowledge to design new solutions that support and accomplish goals and technology roadmaps
- Design and present innovative and cost-effective solutions on the current marketing technology landscape and industry best-practices to enable a seamless customer experience or customer journey
- Evaluate products and technologies and their alternatives for use in proposed solution
- Develop and communicate architecture standards, best practices, blueprints and provide prescriptive guidance on solution design
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, identifying solution gaps and available capabilities, and defining solutions to meet the business needs
- Translate business domain understanding and context to technical capabilities for technical and development teams.
- Define data and integration architectures to support marketing automation
