Shift:Day 3x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)

SLP to work outpatient at Miller Clinic on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Schedule can accommodate 8-10 hours on those days. Additional hours may be possible on the inpatient unit but not guaranteed

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for patient evaluation, development and follow through of treatment plans to support the mission of Salem Health

Electronic EMR, Epic preferred

Master’s degree in speech-language pathology/communication sciences and disorders required.

Must hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and be licensed to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Oregon.
