- Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of data to identify causal relationships, trigger points, and predictions on customer behavior, subscriber churn, and financial impact
- Develop self-service data tools, and other visual aids in support of findings
- Collaborate with multiple teams to design, build, and analyze retention offers
- Create reports, charts, tables, and other visual representations from the data analysis which enable the business partners to identify trends and understand underlying causes
- Perform ad hoc analytics to solve high priority business goals
- Projects include but not limited margin analytics, customer segmentation, daily tagging and scoring of offers, one-to-one offers, building reports and visualization
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar field preferred
- 5-8 years related experience in advanced analytics, big data, relational database structures, research methods, sampling techniques, and system testing
- Ability to gather, analyze and interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources
- Ability to present recommendations based on data to leadership
- Dashboarding and graphic visualization experience with Tableau or PowerBI or other
- Data modeling and/or programming experience
- Understand complex Business & Financial Assessment methodologies
