Description We are in search of a Hybrid Sr. Analyst to join our team in the non-profit industry based in Austin, Texas. The role is for a stable organization with a great cause where you will be demonstrating leadership, and building budgets. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business systems and the mission of the organization. Responsibilities: Lead and advance the business initiatives. Demonstrate leadership and ability to interact effectively with diverse populations. Gather, compile, and analyze data to generate insightful reports. Maintain a high level of ethical conduct regarding confidentiality and professional stature. Utilize business systems, CRM, and other tools to manage and monitor customer accounts. Leverage data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from data. Handle accounting functions and auditing tasks in line with industry standards. Oversee budget processes and capital management to ensure financial stability. Use MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiently to accomplish tasks. Represent the organization positively to mission-related agencies and the business community.Requirements Proven experience in a similar Analyst role Demonstrable knowledge of Business Systems Proficiency in using Confluence software Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Familiarity with Crystal Reports Ability to use Data Mining Techniques Understanding of Accounting Functions Experience with Budget Processes Knowledge of Capital Management Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
