The Sr Campus TA Advisor performs activities related to the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, talent evaluation and screening, job advertising and posting, talent prospecting, talent staffing and planning. Under general supervision, this job focuses on attracting the right talent for the organization's programs and mentors lower level team members on best practices for talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provide recruiting support to hiring managers for all exempt and non-exempt positions. Manage internal and external recruiting sources and extending offers once a candidate is selected.
Research and source candidates through advanced search techniques; generating recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing recruiting data and trends.
Coordinates all activities for organizational recruiting such as attending job fairs, placing ads, and performing initial interviews.
Assists in the development of recruiting processes and practices that support the goals and direction of the Human Resources Department.
Deliver reporting of key performance recruiting metrics and identify trends across entry level hiring.
Manages, creates, and implements special projects as needed by team and/or business.
Understands the company’s needs for early talent and evolving external landscape and creating a strategy to identify and attract candidates.
Leads and inspires the capabilities of recruiters to effectively source, recruit, and hire early talent.
Cross-functional partnership to understand and influence business needs for internships and college graduate hiring.

Previous experience partnering on the end-to-end campus recruiting process
Previous experience partnering with schools and universities and attending career fairs
Comfortable using multiple sources (social media, association groups, campus networks) to identify potential candidates, both proactively and real-time
