Description Our downtown Dallas client is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst for a 3-5 month contract engagement. 100% onsite. In this role, you will conduct job analysis, develop pay plans, and manage compensation structures. This role is within a fast-paced environment and requires the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Sr. Compensation Analyst (contract):Responsibilities: Conduct salary survey development, distribution, and analysis, making appropriate recommendations based on gathered data. Evaluate compensation data to understand the impact on salaries of the performance management program. Carry out individual job audits and group classification surveys. Prepare position descriptions, audit or survey reports, position evaluations, and recommend classification actions. Offer recommendations to the director concerning the development of policies, procedures, and improvements to compensation processes. Apply qualitative analysis methods to gather, correlate, and analyze facts and devise solutions. Create spreadsheets and/or other electronic media using Microsoft Office tools to support/illustrate research and recommendations. Establish project timelines and meet objectives, keeping customers and the Human Resources Administrator informed of project status and/or deviations from original expectations. Adapt to changes in work environment, work priorities, organizational and/or customer needs while ensuring effective and efficient use of time. Maintain an effective working relationship with all levels of management, employees, and the general public. Utilize both traditional and non-traditional methods of problem-solving in the completion of work tasks in the most effective and efficient manne-Requirements Must possess strong skills in Qualitative Analysis. Experience in Annual Compensation is required. Proficiency in conducting Compensation Surveys. Knowledge of Compensation - Executive is necessary. Must have a solid understanding of Compensation & Benefits. Familiarity with HR Law is essential. The role necessitates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team. Proficiency in using compensation-related software and tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Professional certification in Human Resources or Compensation is a plus. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, are required. Must have excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational and planning skills are necessary.
