Description We are seeking a Sr. Developer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role operates within the Information Technology industry and involves leveraging cutting-edge technology to solve business problems. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities Collaborate with various stakeholders including leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other developers to understand and develop needs according to business requirements. Maintain and enhance existing enterprise services, applications, and platforms using domain-driven design and test-driven development. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying and implementing solutions. Create detailed project specifications, requirements, and estimates. Research and implement new technologies to enhance current processes, security, and performance. Support the development of coding standards and adhere to best practices and security guidelines. Work closely with software architects and technical leads to ensure decisions meet long-term enterprise growth needs. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience in database creation, management, and security. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to software development and websites. A strong foundation in engineering principles. Expertise in JavaScript, SQL, Oracle, and Java programming languages. Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology. Knowledge of Cloud Technologies and their applications. Ability to write, analyze, and debug SQL queries. Understanding and implementation of industry best practices in software development. Capability to conduct research analysis and apply findings to tasks. Experience in writing technical specifications for software development. Proficiency in using GitHub for version control. Understanding of design concepts related to software development. Experience with Spring Framework and REST API development. In-depth knowledge of software development methodology.
