Description We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst in Frisco, Texas. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As part of our team, the Sr. Financial Analyst will be instrumental in creating financial dashboards, utilizing advanced Excel and Power BI skills. You will be working within the telecom provider industry, focusing on budget processes, finance, creating dashboards, dashboard metrics, and reporting dashboards.Responsibilities: Create, maintain and analyze financial dashboards to support decision-making processes Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and manipulate complex data sets Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Participate in budget processes and financial forecasting Collaborate with various teams to understand business objectives and provide financial insights Develop comprehensive financial reports for internal use Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data Manage the process of budgeting and forecasting Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support. Requirements The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Sr. Financial Analyst. Proficiency in finance and budget processes is crucial for this position. Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and analyze dashboard metrics is required. The applicant should have a strong background in creating interactive dashboards and reporting dashboards. The candidate should possess a strong ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. The candidate must have a proven track record of using financial data to make strategic recommendations and drive business decisions. Advanced Excel skills are necessary, including the ability to create complex models and conduct trend analysis. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are vital for this role. The candidate must have a strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team are necessary. The candidate should have experience with financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. The candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically about business problems.
