Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sr. Financial Data Analyst in our Healthcare/NHS industry based in Irving, Texas. The role involves complex data analysis and research to develop solutions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data outputs. The successful candidate will also liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality project delivery.Responsibilities: Conduct intricate analyses, researching and developing solutions based on comprehensive research, data validation, data modeling, and technical expertise. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data inputs to produce expected outputs. Collaborate with leaders to develop and maintain procedures, perform specific research for customers, and actively participate in process improvement projects to strengthen key performance indicators. Utilize data to make strategic decisions that enhance the quality of results, processes, revenue, and member value. Conduct audits of ineligible administrative fees for revenue retention and suggest improvements in future reporting. Utilize research tools and judgment to ensure the correct application of sales and revenue to members, applying sales adjustments as needed. Respond effectively to special and complex research requests. Review data for quality assurance during the PRS monthly and quarterly close processes. Audit invalids and resolve any discrepancies resulting from vendor audits in collaboration with peers. Perform other projects as assigned, demonstrating the ability to manage multi-dimensional and complex tasks.
