Title: Sr. Identity and Access Management System AdminType: Contract-hireLocation: Dallas, TXDuration: 1 year (contract-hire)

Job Description:The Sr. IAM Administrator role is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Identity and Access Management program. This is an active, hands-on position, responsible for the development, support, and administration of the identity and access management function and all its components.

Responsibilities:Build out of the IAM infrastructure and supporting processes.Work with teams to integration and onboard new applications and services.Participate in development and maintenance of IAM workflows.Review existing IAM architecture and make recommendations.Develop security architectures and engineering system specifications implementing centralized authorization platforms and security controls.Deliver technical IAM security configuration architecture expertise in implementing frameworks.

Qualifications:Five (5) years’ experience with security related to technology software platforms, protocols, and services (e.g., authentication, credential service provider, digital authentication, digital credentials, identity proofing, federation concepts, strong passwords, MFA, PKI and SSL/TLS).Five (5) years’ hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects and/or platforms.Experience with technology security initiatives, including operational technology (e.g., IoT, SCADA, NAC, Decryption, Segmentation).Familiarity with foundational standards and best practices in Technology and/or Cyber Security (e.g., CIS Top 20 Critical Security Controls, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)).Strong grasp of modern Azure development practices used in the implementation of enterprise solutions.Experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD) and traditional AD authentication.Working knowledge of identity management platforms (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Okta, Ping).Working knowledge of privileged access management solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Azure PAM/PIM, Thycotic).PowerShell and SCIM provisioning skills for on premise and SaaS based resources.Knowledge of SSI, PII, CJIS, PCI and ePHI standards and best practices.
