Lead the portfolio processes for the organization. Drive key initiatives to completion while championing organizational objectives and goals. Distill complex information for stakeholders across organizations and effectively communicate at appropriate level of detail across all levels of the organization particularly at the executive level; provide various forms of portfolio status to different levels of management. Strong understanding of agile processes; be an advocate and leader to transform delivery teams into more mature agile teams with a focus on effectiveness and automation while scaling. Champion continuous improvement culture across the organization and Inspire team members to improve their own performance; engage and motivate teams to go beyond their role expectations, to help each other, and to exceed goals. What you haveJob Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Project Management, Program Management, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field and eight (8) years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or related role. Skills: Experience and/or education must include: Ability to navigate and be successful in a highly matrixed organization, managing delivery of commitments across multiple teams; Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to distill information to communicate the right message including in the use of PowerPoint and the ability to convey clear, cohesive messages through decks; Financial planning and budget management experience with a large portfolio; Proven ability to earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders through focused execution of business priorities; Demonstrated and applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects; and Project management tools and methodologies.
