In Schwab Cybersecurity Services (SCS), Office of CISO, we provide platforms, services, and security operations capabilities which enable the firm to produce successful client and shareholder outcomes securely and safely. Securing our IT assets, data, and access to applications is the core of who we are and what we do. Cybersecurity Portfolio & Product Management has an opening for a Sr Program Manager. Reporting to the Director of Execution Services, this role will execute a focused operations strategy while driving harmonious outcomes. Adapting and re-calibrating plans as the situation evolves; achieves high performance in ambiguous environments; and drives process governance. What you are good at Strategy and Planning • Align to the vision, direction, and objectives of the SCS organization, while being focused on planning of all Senior Management touchpoints and facilitate them on a regular cadence including but not limited to Executive briefings, bi-weekly & monthly operations including change control, pipeline management and risk management partnering with finance manager and resource managers Business Process • Define/enhance, lead and coordinate SCS SMT level processes and ensure alignment with the broader sub-org leaders. • Define and track key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of the processes and drive predictability • Continuously look for ways to simplify and drive process improvements and efficiencies. Communications • Evangelize and drive awareness of Schwab wide processes related to SCS • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and partners for transparency and visibility. What you have- Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of combined experience in project / program management
- Solid project management experience with the ability to influence and identify areas to challenge
- Demonstrable ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key partners
- Ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity
- Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively
- Sound business and technical acumen
- Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
- Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure
- Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills to executive level audiences
- Ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members in a team environment
- BA/BS Degree
