Sr .NET DeveloperW2 ONLY/Permanent PositionON-SITE IN DALLAS DAY 1 Responsibilities : Work on the Title/Insurance agile team as well as the Architecture team for the particular solution and act as a liaison between the Enterprise Architecture team and the agile teamParticipate in cross-project planning and release planning activitiesProvide leadership on user story sequencing that maximizes user story throughput and team productivityCoordinate with other Solution Architects on cross-team feature and user story dependenciesParticipate in team's building and testing of the team's applications within the sprints Coordinate and participate in the development of logical and detailed design deliverables (e.g. storyboards,activity/state diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc.) for each application component based onenterprise conceptual designsKeep up-to-date on cutting edge technology, standards, protocols and tools in areas relevant to the rapidlychanging digital environmentCollaborate with Enterprise Architecture team to assess digital market technology choices to determine fit,including softwareTroubleshoot and support user acceptance testing, rollout efforts and the team's systems in each environmentProvide production support during business hours as well as on-call hours Qualifications and Experience Required:Strong and broad knowledge of architectures, systems, and solution designs across a range of digital solutionsand digital environment (mobile, web, omni-channel solutions, social media technologies, other new emergingtechnologies)Experience applying enterprise patterns (layered architecture, Microsoft enterprise patterns) and documentinganalysis and design using OOA/OOD models3+ years experience architecting and building solutions for any major public-cloud provider. (Azure preferred)3+ years of Agile delivery experience5+ years' experience with creating (not just maintenance of) public (Internet) web sites and applications as wellas rich interactive internal web applications (HTML, HTML5, Javascript,VUE.js, Jquery, CSS, AJAX, ASP.NET,ASP.NET MVC) and desktop applications with WinForms5+ years' experience with creating .ASMX or WCF Web services5+ years' experience C# .NET Application Development and 5+ years' experience implementing C# basedWindows Services and using all major core classes of the .NET framework5+ years' experience creating and maintaining database schemas and stored procedures, creating DTDs, XMLSchemas, parsing and creating complex XML documents, creating and applying XSLT transformations5+ years' experience with writing/reading messages to/from message queuesExperienceFirm grasp of object-oriented principles (OOP) and can skillfully apply those concepts into daily workFunctional, working knowledge of SOLID principles and GoF design patternsSolid grasp of cloud-native architectures, services, and tools.Enthusiastic, high-energy, customer oriented, and team-player personality. Strong analytical, organizational,multi-tasking, and time-management skillsHigh-productivity development track record in Agile environmentExcellent communication skills both written and verbal, to design and convey the solution, provide technicaldirection to the Title/Insurance team and client stakeholders, including executive membersBachelors in Computer Science or related field
