Position- Sr. Power BI Developer (Banking domain)Location- Houston, TX (remote for now)JDThis role is for a reporting candidate with sound technical skills to identify requirements and deliver solutions using PowerBI consuming data from across the organization. The candidate should be self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills and work closely with business owners to define the scope, deliverables and definition of done.Must have skills- Experience with data analysis and visualization- Strong PowerBI development, tuning and troubleshooting skills- Ability to connect to multiple data sources including file systems, databases and cloud sources like AWS, JIRA, ServiceNow with PowerBI- Data modeling and SQL querying- Create technical stories and convert business needs and inputs to technical solution and design- Design databases and metadata for reporting- Experience with end to end delivery of reporting solutions Good to have skills - Experience with other BI/ Reporting/ Visualization tools like Tableau, Cognos- Experience with Power Apps- Scrum / Safe / agile methodologies / project management skills- Data integration skills- ETL, Data mapping, massaging and transformation RegardsJay | Virtusoft IncT: |E: jay at virtusoft.us |W: www.virtusoft.us
