Job ID 108863 Posted 13-Mar-2023 Service line Corporate Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Digital & Technology/Information Technology Location(s) Dallas - Texas - United States of America, Hartford - Connecticut - United States of America, Richardson - Texas - United States of America Job SummaryThe Sr. Product Manager for Data Product Management will be a product leader tasked with developing and executing against the Advisory & Transactions Group’s Data Product Strategy that would leverage and enhance our Enterprise Data Platform and subsequent products for the Global markets. Specifically, the Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing Data Migrations, Data Quality, Data Enrichment, Data Platform as a Service & Master Data Management for consolidating the data from disparate data sources into one common platform.The Product Manager must have a passion for identifying business value, solve business problems by developing digital and technology powered products that blend seamlessly with customer’s workflows and provide the right information at the right time. The individual must possess a strong knowledge of product management, data platforms, data migrations, data engineering, data marts, support processes, technical expertise, and project management experience.The Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction via ongoing maintenance, prioritization, and on time delivery of new features. This will require you to: • Understand and articulate the product strategy and direction • Regularly interact with multiple customers, stakeholders and fellow Product Managers to develop a product roadmap• Develop and prioritize a product backlog, including tradeoffs to ensure delivery• Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality and on-time solutions are delivered • Participate in global platform discussions to see where your tools can add valueBasic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 7 to 10+ years of related experience • 5+ years’ experience in product management, program management and technologyo Experience defining a product roadmap, vision and strategyo Define KPI’s to measure product successo Experience with backlog creation, management and trade-off decisionso Technical competency - able to understand and participate in engineering decisionso Experience with end-to-end product/application deliveryo Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies• 5+ years' experience working in Data Management, Master Data Management, Data Integrations, Data Migrations, Data Marts & Data Platforms • Relevant experience of utilizing data to enhance platforms and product development cycles• Ability to present highly technical products to customers, including senior management• Ability to cover gaps that may exist within the team to get the product shipped • Proficient in SQLPreferred Qualifications• Data Modeling experience • Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality Management, or data analysis• Commercial Real Estate experience• Experience at a multi-national organization and working cross functionallyAbout Our Team: We are a team of product managers within CBRE’s Digital and Technology group.
