- Significant experience developing, enhancing, maintaining tools and applications within CNP or broader Utilities/Energy industry
- Deep understanding & expertise of cloud native platforms and tooling
- Expertise in enterprise architecture and ability to define and execute technical strategy across the enterprise.
- Experienced in new ways of working (including agile processes, cross-functional teaming, customer-focus)
- Experienced with product development approach & continuous delivery practices.
- Partners with CIO and IT VPs to understand IT priorities and translate to Tech Platform strategy
- Translates IT strategies to Tech Platform roadmap; set the prioritization of what work to do when
- Develops and manages the budget for Tech Platform investments
- Owns end-to-end execution of the Tech Platform roadmap
- Manages product teams within the Tech Platform, serving as the single point of contact for the Tech Platform
- Manages and prioritizes new Tech Platform demands – coordinating closely with business Technology Partners to understand foundational IT needs, especially regarding reusable components and capabilities (e.g, APIs)
