- Assist strategy development and implementation of operations and objectives for the Cyber Security department.
- Assist financial planning, budgeting, and P/L management processes for cybersecurity business.
- Supports organization financial objectives by providing financial analysis.
- Assist managing talent acquisition process including; opening requisition, creating and maintaining up to date job descriptions based on the business requirements.
- Create and track projects from beginning to end.
- Lead project team of members that supports customer cybersecurity project, and provide technical assistance on day-to-day operations.
- Conduct preliminary investigation for all project requests. Review requirements, specifications, test, support, and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives on projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security or Cyber Security, or comparable training/experience required.
- 5+ years of work experience in Cyber Security/Incident Response
- 5+ years of project management and execution in a technical environment/ architecture
- 5+ years of management experience, including direct supervising experiences
- Business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
- Strategic planning
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong team and people management skills and leadership skills
- Strong presentation skills to employees, executives and customers.
- Master of problem solving/analysis, Kaizen, PDCA, RCA.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products and web-based business applications
