Our client is in need of a Sr. Project Manager for a remote position to support a Telephony program.

Experience:

7+ years of formal project management experience
Well versed in leading and supporting
CCaas / Contact Center solutions in a large enterprise environment. (
implementations / migrations / intergrations)
Experience with
CCaaS (Automation / Cloud / Digital workforce technologies)
Experience managing large budgets for enterprise projects
Knowledgeable in
Cloud Call Center technologies (Five9, Genesys, NICE etc.)
Project Management experience
Knowledgable in
Contact center / telephony technologies (Avaya / Cisco / NICE)
Excellent communication skills (Stand up meetings / presenting to leadership)
Risk Mitigation and Issue resolution
Participate in discussions around Call Recording,
Call Routing, Outbound Dialing, Workforce Mgmt solutions
Background in
Telephony applications
Experience using clarity / Rally
Agile / Scrum methodology / SAFe Agile
Experience working within a
PMO
PMP certification
CSM certification
