Description The Senior Provider Solutions Specialist supports healthcare providers in adopting and utilizing various technologies. Combining customer service, project management, leadership, training, and technology skills, the Specialist coordinates training and support resources. This role collaborates with provider office personnel, Medical Staff Office, Provider Relations, Clinical Services, and facility leaders to enhance the provider experience with healthcare technologies.Duties

Lead implementation and support of systems and technologies for physicians.

Provide training and first-level support for dictation and voice recognition technologies.

Act as a subject matter expert for IT& S software installations.

Improve processes for implementing, maintaining, and supporting provider-facing technologies.

Monitor testing progress for physician-related systems.

Develop and deploy best practices for physician support.

Identify and address physician support needs proactively.

Provide technology support and coordinate service requests.

Document interactions with physicians and ensure issue resolution.

Offer on-call support and serve as a lead for provider support.

Ensure appropriate system access, confidentiality, and security compliance.

Track and enhance provider utilization of technologies through training and support.

Lead access review audits and ensure patient data security.

Contribute to strategic planning for physician product lines.

Advocate for physician and office staff needs.

Ensure accuracy of physician data in systems.

Lead and deliver training for providers and staff on applications.

Develop and customize educational materials.

Prepare and deliver presentations and training sessions.

Train in various settings and provide feedback on training plans.

Learn application functionality to train others effectively.

Foster positive customer service interactions.

Communicate effectively with customers and follow up on issue resolutions.

Seek feedback to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements

Requirements

College degree or related experience with 3-5 years in a healthcare-related field preferred.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Experience in customer service, relationship building, and problem solving.

Technical expertise in supporting clinical applications and using clinical information systems.

Commitment to improving patient experience through technology.

Prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching.

Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate office equipment.

Work in an office environment, which may be stressful at times.

Flexible and available for emergency situations.

On-site, potentially in a patient-care facility or admin office.

Standard non-clinical worker health screenings apply.

Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
