ONSITE SAN ANTONIO, TEXASPLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT LOCAL IN SAN ANTONIO, TXResponsibilities: Display the ability create and design test plans at a program level Develop long term test plans Ability to lead other QA and team members effectively Define testing plans, identify gaps in requirements, and propose testing hypotheses for complex program/system changes Perform a risk assessment on programs/system changes to prioritize related programs/systems on which to run batch testing Execute tests and validate results to determine which issues need to be addressed by the development team Communicate how and why issues need to be fixed, and coordinate across multiple development teams to fix complex issues Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes To be successful, you will need: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience 7 years of Software Quality Assurance experience Expertise in software testing methodologies including test planning, test execution, gap analysis, requirements traceability, and defect management Experience leading project teams, developing project estimates and timelines, and implementing strategies to overcome project constraints Experience with one or more functional/regression testing tools Understanding of quality assurance as part of the development process Experience with Bank Teller software applicationsAn exceptional candidate might have: Project Management experience Financial industry experience in application testing Knowledge/experience with banking/finance applications/processes
