Job Description

Our Digital Engineering team is looking for a Sr. RPA Developer/Architect that will be part of leading the most important digital transformation work happening at Fannie Mae today. Our RPA team is focused on assessing and brining in some of the latest and greatest tools to Fannie Mae to redefine the way we work. As a valued colleague on our team, you will collaborate with team in designing complex solutions, testing, implementing technology or processes an enterprise level scale.

The Digital Engineering - Software Engineering - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
  • Independently determine the needs of the customer and create solution frameworks.
  • Design and develop moderately complex software solutions to meet needs.
  • Use a process-driven approach in designing and developing solutions.
  • Implement new software technology and coordinate end-to-end tasks across the team.
  • May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software.
Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experience;4+ years of experience

Education Level (Required): Bachelor's degree or Equivalent

Required Skills
  • Hands-on Blue Prism experience and extensive overall knowledge with Robotics Process Automation
  • General knowledge of Appian and various workflow tools
  • Experience with AWS cloud technologies and environment
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps
  • Experience with various integrations methods including APIs, Microservices, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, Windows, and MS SQL.
  • Ability to articulate architecture requirements & design for automations as well across various required components including InfoSec, Database, Cloud, and Data
  • Confidence and ability to work with stakeholders throughout the organization to design and develop solutions for automating business processes
  • Able to collaborate cross-functionally with the business and technical teams

Desired Skills
  • Experience in enterprise delivery and process efficiencies to our customers using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) would be a plus
  • Experience with L2 support; incident and problem management
  • Experience with migration from On-Prem to Cloud environment
  • Experience with Agile methodology and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
  • Hands-on experience with Appian and business workflow tools
