And we work diligently to encourage all with different ways of thinking, different ways of working, and especially those traditionally underrepresented in technology and financial services, to apply.Job Description Opportunity Overview :- Collaborates with architects and developers to execute a test strategy for a cloud data platform on AWS (Connect, Lambda, S3, Glue/Spark, ECS, EKS, Redshift, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, API Gateway)
- Responsible for testing the AWS Connect PaaS infrastructure and data pipelines of a modern contact center platform on AWS
- Engages with engineering and product teams to define test strategies, build frameworks, automate test cases and assist with customer escalation
- Responsible for design and implement robust test cases that integrate well with CI/CD technologies
- Takes ownership of end-to-end automated QA cycle for product features
- Works in collaboration with engineers on testing and automating test cases in sprint cycles
- Helps operations and development teams in triaging and L1/L2 support for system issue resolution
- At least 5 years of Software Quality Engineering
- Expertise Contact Center technologies( AWS Connect, CRM and WFH solutions)
- Advanced expertise of SQL language across multiple platforms
- Ability to read and understand Python and Spark deployment scripts
- Expertise with database testing and modern test automation frameworks
- Proficiency with various test methodologies: regression, functional, performance
- Familiarity with IaC and automated deployment and provisioning concepts
- Excellent understanding of Software Quality Assurance Techniques and strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC
