Job Responsibilities will include:

Project Facilitation
  • Facilitation and organization of Project Cadences (Review, Planning, Refinement), Executive Updates. Quarterly Planning
  • Facilitate info flow and planning between programs, products, and vendors
  • Experience working with hardware and software teams
  • Technical background (preferred)

Product Tracking & Visualizations
  • Lead design and help implement standardized reporting for overall schedule and progress tracking across multiple products
  • Support Product Leaders in pivoting as needed, given overall capacity and risks, with frequent inspection/adaptation
  • Help Teams and programs surface and track issues related to product view with a focus on impact to customer experience
  • Ownership of Product Maintenance tools and repositories
  • Ensure demos, reviews, and regular program summaries are delivered to stakeholders

Agile Services
  • Experience working with Agile teams and Scrum Management
  • Help team remove impediments, manage dependencies, issues, and risks Collaboration
  • Ensure escalation mitigation for delivery and defects
  • Work with the operations team in resolving/closure defects
  • Drive collaboration and communication necessary to ensure delivery success, including successful management of risk and dependencies

Minimum Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related technical field required
  • 7 plus years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Automotive experience is preferred however not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
  • Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles
