We believe in our associates and the unique perspectives they bring to every challenge, which is why we’ll empower you to push the boundaries of what’s possible.We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Specialist to provide technical support to Microelectronics US customers to achieve sales growth.Activities include developing filtration solutions to meet customer technical needs, presenting and/or generating filter performance data in support of Sales opportunities, solving filter performance issues, providing product/application presentations, coordinate technical review meetings with customers, conduct filtration seminars and obtain technical voice-of-customer (VoC) feedback for filtration technologies.Primary Responsibilities:Work well with Microelectronics customers to:

Tackle technical issues related to filtration products

Collaborate on filtration products evaluations and provide mentorship on evaluation of new products.

Perform testing for customer's issues in SLS Labs and write technical reports

Provide training to customers on filtration topics and related technical areas

Collaborate with Marketing team to promote new product introductions to customers

Assist Sales team with technical support to close commercial opportunities

Use internal technical expertise to help meet customer needs

Identify and promote collaboration opportunities with customers and write joint papers, as appropriate

Basic Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related field

4+ years of work experience in semiconductor industry (Fabs (IDM), Materials Suppliers, Process Equipment Manufacturers (OEM))

Knowledge of a process module (Photolithography, Wet Etch/Cleans, Dry Etch, CMP) in the semiconductor manufacturing process

Understanding of on-wafer defect and material characterization techniques

Preferred Requirements:Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related field

Working knowledge of or experience in filtration for Microelectronics related materials or processes

Experience working directly with customers
