Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) F-15 United States Air Force (USAF) Sustainment Program is looking for a Staff Analyst to support day-to-day operations on the F-15E EPAWSS modification team in San Antonio, TX .The program efforts include all BGS Interim Work Transfer (IWT) work for Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) phases led by Boeing Defense Services (BDS), with the follow-on BGS led Full Rate Production (FRP) phase in 2024. This person will collaborate with program leadership to support the execution of aircraft modification located at Boeing San Antonio . Our team is looking for a strategic leader with strong organizational and collaboration skills who brings a great attitude that can successfully support a complex program.Position Responsibilities:
Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan
Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
Delivers informational or technical materials
Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options
Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events
Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants
Develops and deploys localized training content
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years’ experience with developing and executing operating rhythms, integrated program schedules, project plans, and/or metrics
2+ years’ experience with PowerPoint and creating presentations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years’ experience with developing and executing operating rhythms, integrated program schedules, project plans, and/or metrics
2+ years’ experience facilitating meeting and presenting to stakeholders
Experience using and administrating SharePoint
Experience developing and executing employee engagement strategy
Typical Education/Experience:Experienced:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Senior:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
