- Responsible for the technical architecture applied for the delivery of the Enterprise Hybrid Cloud Services including associated services – OS, Storage & backup technologies, On-Premises/Cloud Datacenter etc.
- Interacting with the customer’s Enterprise Architect to ensure that the Services being delivered are aligned with the customer's reference architecture, architecture guidelines, principles, policies, and technology and service standards
- Develop a vision and roadmap for the Providers Services as directed by the customer that address the customer’s changing business and technical needs
- Ability to Calculate efforts and build Work Order for critical projects.
- Proactively bringing new and innovative technical and service solution suggestions to the customer, as required, and defined in the Agreement; and
- Working with Providers staff to review demands and developing new solution designs, Services enhancements, budget initiatives, and estimates in response to customer
- Analyze security requirements and Policies that are under the Providers area of responsibility and develop controls and Procedures used to deliver the Providers Services that are consistent with the Policies outlined in the Agreement.
- Analyze new demands and proposed technical changes to make sure the Provider can continue to meet the security requirements.
