Then will transition to one week in one week out.Duration: 6 Months C2H Storage and Virtualization Engineer:Client is seeking a senior-level Systems Engineer to join the IT team in providing support to the Client’s infrastructure. The primary role for the position will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of the Client’s systems, software, and related infrastructure. This individual participates in team assignments, technical research, and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. The candidate will assist in ensuring infrastructure resiliency and system reliability for internal and external users. This role will require exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the Client, on both the business and technical side. The candidate will need to have a special focus on Dell SAN Storage, VMWare, and Hardware. Should have these core key skills:
- Dell Compellent storage design, planning, configuration, and administration.
- VMWare design, planning, configuration, and administration, including storage and network configuration experience. Version 6.5 or above.
- Dell hardware: SANs, Blades, Blade Chassis, rack servers, Fiber switches.
- VMWare Horizon
- VXRail
- SolarWinds
- CommVault
- Bitdefender
- Forcepoint
- NAS storage
- Background in infrastructure support and administration.
- Problem ownership from submission to resolution mentality.
