It’s rewarding work, with an inspiring team, where every contribution matters.About the role:This position will serve as a chief-of-staff for the Cat Reman Marketing Communications team with accountability for collaborating with members of the MarCom team and leaders across the Aftermarket Sales & Marketing team to determine and prioritize business strategies that require MarCom support. Determination of key performance indicators and how to measure team performance will be a primary focus of this role.What you will do:Integration of Cat Reman into Enterprise QR Code Initiative.

Working cross-functionally to ensure Industry experiences, Cat Central App, etc incorporate Cat Reman.

Working within the division on what internal adoption of QR code may look like including defining customer requirements, identifying the product in scope, working to develop experience, and partnering with operations to implement.

Enhancement of eCommerce platforms for improved visibility to Cat Reman.

Developing a deep understanding of the current platform and identifying enhancement opportunities aligned to make it easier for customers to find and select Cat Reman parts online.

Collaborating with Cat Digital to influence the development of identified enhancements. Communicating to internal stakeholders progress.

Dealer facing Cat Reman training.

Lead project to determine future structure and content for dealer-facing training.

Identify the proposed curriculum and delivery.

Facilitate the development of materials, including potential translation to other languages.

Identify and schedule training, and manage logistics to deliver.

Ensure e-learning courses are properly maintained to stay current and relevant and facilitate any required enhancements.

Develop and execute a communication plan to inform Cat and Dealer community about training offerings.

Provide input to Services Development teams for Industry/Dealer specific training they are executing on to ensure consistent message and experience.

Tradeshow Support and Execution

Develop and implement “event in a box” for small regional Truck shows

Strategy and Execution for Cat Reman inclusion in Enterprise Trade Shows (ie Conexpo, Bauma, Minexpo)

What you will have:

4 year university degree or equivalent work experience

8-10 years of industry, marketing/product, or field experience showing progression in responsibilities

Top Candidates will have experience with:

Ability to influence others to action

Ability to develop complex project plans and execute with great attention to detail

Experience navigating the Caterpillar matrix to execute complex initiatives

Experience with data analysis

Prior experiences of successful candidate:

Managing complex cross functional projects

Training development and execution

Tradeshow Planning and Execution

Attaining knowledge of Caterpillar eCommerce platforms

PowerBI, PowerAutomate experience

SalesForce experience
