Structural Estimator (MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO LOS ANGELES, CA)

We’re hiring experienced foundation tradesmen to work full time as an in person Structural Estimator.

Job Description:

-Must have hands-on construction experience.

-You will be trained in our structural and hillside repair methods as well as our technical sales techniques.

-Once trained, we will schedule you 12 qualified appointments each week to assess properties across Los Angeles County and provide solutions to repair/upgrade structures or hillsides.

-You’ll evaluate the scope of work for our structural projects, accurately budget, and cost the work, draft, and type contracts, negotiate and close the contract/sale and turn the project over to our in-house engineering and construction divisions.

-You will inspect the property and propose site specific repairs/upgrade options to clients and prove bids for our construction services.

Job Requirements:

-Must be willing to relocate to the Los Angeles area. Relocation assistance can be provided on a case-by-case basis.

-MUST BE PHYSICALLY ABLE TO FULLY INSPECT SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES, COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS, HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS AND SLOPES OR CHALLENGING TERRAIN. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE CRAWLING UNDER BUILDINGS, CRAWLING IN TIGHT CRAWL SPACES AND TIGHT ACCESS AREAS

-Must own your own vehicle and have a valid driver's license.

Compensation/Benefits:

-Commission Only - $100,000 - $350,000+ Annually
