This role is responsible for the subcontract management of multiple critical suppliers and will serve as the Global Supply Chain Affordability Lead for the PrSM Program. This position requires the ability and initiative to interface with internal partners solve problems and ensure procured materials and services are acquired in compliance with established procedures and supporting the needs of internal customers. Must have ability to interface effectively with Sr. Management and suppliers to achieve desired program objectives. Successful candidate will have effective communication and organizational skills.Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / combined education- Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Prior experience with procurement, supply chain, or program management.- Experience with special projects.- Ability to obtain a US Security ClearanceDesired Skills:- Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills- Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business based decisions- Experience managing complex subcontracts- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional Supplier Management Teams- Cross-functional Knowledge of Supplier Quality, Engineering, and Affordability as they relate to subcontract management- Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / LMAP / and MFC Work Instructions- Working knowledge of FFP and Cost Plus Contract Types- Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry- Experience with LM Procure to Pay (P2P) and SCNavigatorBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
