Superintendent/ Multi-House Development

Qualified person must have:

1. At least 10 years experience in building houses

2. Must be familiar with Microsoft programs-Excel/ Word/Projects

3. Must have ground up experience in Geo-Testing/Proctors/Soils test density compaction/Concrete testing

4. Must be familiar with all trades: Foundation/Framing/Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing/Insulation/Roofing/Finishes

5. Must be familiar with City of San Antonio portal and inspection process

6. Must have reliable transportation

7. Position is contracted and pay is based on experience and performance
