Oversee and provide direction for the following business segment Safety and Health programs:

Contractor safety – ISNetworld

DOT Transportation - Drivers / Fleet Safety

Security

Industrial Hygiene

Emergency Management and Response

Incident Reporting and Investigations

Process Safety Management

Risk Assessments, Hazard Identification, Inspections and Audits

Safety & Health – Training / Trends / Goals / Initiatives

Develop, analyze, and implement goals, ideas, and opportunities that support the continuous improvement of company Safety & Health performance

Interact with all levels of the organization to ensure identified Safety and Health goals and objectives are met and administered

Interact with Support Services, Operating and Maintenance personnel to develop Safety and Health training material and programs

Supervise and guide employees by providing direction and support as required

Maintain, revise, update and/or prepare Safety and Health policies and procedures as required

Analyze, review, monitor and/or prepare reports and information including but not limited to:

Statistics & trend data

Metrics including ESH goals

“SHAVR” (Safety Health & Vehicle Reports)

Incident investigation reports

Safety & Health assessments and/or audits

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Safety & Health, Engineering preferred, or other related field with previous job related experience or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experience.

Work Experience

Experience and knowledge of Safety & Health laws, regulations, procedures and programs

Experience with and knowledge related to:

Oil and natural gas processing operations

Industrial hygiene

ESH Management System principles

Risk Assessment and Process Safety Management

Experience in use and function of office equipment including computers and applicable software

Experience reading and interpreting policies, procedures, trend data, reports, safety manuals, correspondence, governmental regulations and industry best practices

Experience composing, compiling, and preparing reports, policies, procedures and correspondence applicable to position

Experience interacting, collaborating, advising and communicating effectively

Experience developing information and preparing presentations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of: environmental, safety & health instrumentation, tools, and equipment

Ability to: lead, direct and/or supervise

Ability to: communicate with all levels of management, staff and employees

Ability to: conduct oral presentations as required

Licenses and Certifications

Certified Safety Professional preferred

Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) clearance preferred
