Individuals with high emotional intelligence, humility and openness to discovery will thrive in the teams we are building.Join us!Job Summary:This role is to setup, recruit and lead and develop E&APSD orders team servicing demand from US, Canada, South America. Initially it will involve developing core processes in conjunction with the transport and logistics teams, and then leading US ERP testing and implementation prior to go live.The Demand Team leader will then own the execution of all processes relating to order fulfilment, ensuring we have efficient, cost appropriate processes to fulfil our customers’ requirements and also driving a culture of continuous improvement as we learn and improve.Once we are operational and stable, it is envisaged this role will pick up other projects and streams of activity as E&APSD deploys new products and business models to the market.Job Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Working within the E&APSD Supply Chain Network management team this role will own execution of the supply chain components of the BaaS mode in North America.

Responsibility for identifying process improvement opportunities and failure modes and to collaborate with process design team to drive required improvements.

Responsible for on time shipping of battery packs to end destination stated by route to market decision.

Ensuring replacement componentry is on hand according to agreed buffer inventory level with product support / quality team.

Ownership of US ERP deployment for supply chain – to include data setup and management, end to end testing and preparation for go live.

The incumbent is required to work and communicate effectively with diverse, multi-functional teams in order to ensure demand signals are received from the customer, aligned to supplier schedules and any variances understood and communicated to customers.

Incumbent is required to take an enterprise view of supply chain planning processes and tools, as well as thorough knowledge of customer routes to market and their application, in order to coordinate the efforts of multiple teams across functions and divisions.

The role will be expected to support operational activities whilst we are in startup phase.

This role requires cross-functional work team leadership skills and communication.

Must be a results-oriented change agent who is an effective business systems thinker. Must be able to manage risk and ambiguity on a project.

The applicant will be expected to have a fundamental understanding of core end to end supply chain principles, both from reading / learning and hands on experience.

The role will eventually involve leadership responsibilities for the US orders team as E&APSD grows going forward.

Ability to become SME for Swaptimiser tool and to influence and guide ongoing development.

Ability to lead multiple projects to implement CI and RI process design.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of supply chain experience.

7+ years of supply chain experience with an understanding and experience of core supply chain concepts including material replenishment, stocking policies, MRP, inventory management, shipping, and logistics.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

Experience of process design, implementation, and influencing.

Ability to engage at all levels of the business and drive positive outcomes through influencing key stakeholders.
