Responsibilities:- Provides day to day support for clients including layer 1 and 2 network support, desktop support(OSx and Windows), Active Directory service administration, File and Print services, generalconnectivity issues, cloud support (SaaS and IaaS), and application troubleshooting- Performs all ticket handling functions and works with dispatch to coordinate onsite needs- Maintains CRM- Maintains client documentation, updates as need, and adheres to client SoP’s for servicedelivery- Handles escalations for Triage and Support Technicians- Mentors, guides, and leads by example while adhering to Best Practices and company SoP’s- Provides day to day support for AD DS, VMware, Microsoft 365, Exchange, client LoBapplications, network,a and infrastructure management as needed.- Maintains and improves documentation for clients and our systems- May be involved in the completion of low impact projects
