Key\Critical position responsibilities includes:1) technical SME\primary support for the Citrix virtual apps and desktop initiatives for all Call Center locations,2) continuously seeks ways for improving the VDI management process,3) responsible for exploring, designing and deploying virtual environments to support the ongoing Contact Center agent work from home initiatives,4) instrumental engagement with onboarding our financial clients,5) technical lead for all Marketing Services integrations and technical SME for the virtual environment infrastructure platforms (Citrix, NetScaler, Nutanix, etc.). This position provides on-call and after hours technical support 7X24X365 for all contact center services. QualificationsEducation:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Citrix certifications a plus
Experience:
  • 3+ Years with Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years’ work experience.
  • Communicates directly with internal and external customers.
  • VSphere a plus
  • Support of Citrix, VMware and Windows Platforms
Knowledge:
  • General knowledge in multiple SDLC methodologies
  • Technically proficient in application/component or system; may act as internal consultant
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
