Title: "Title Support Representative"Client: Mercedes Benz FinancialLocation: Fort Worth, TexasDuration:12 months (Possible for long-term)
Job Description:Responsible for any one or more of the following title processes supporting the consumer and commercial portfolios:• Provide support to internal and external customers via phone (inbound or outbound calls) or email to resolve title exceptions. These exceptions include, but are not limited to: state to state transfers, name changes, lease to loan conversions, and title deficiency research.• Process work items presented in various systems via case or report within the expected turn times.• Processing of incoming and outgoing mail items, including titles, title applications, power of attorney, and other title-related documents. Prepare daily package sent to vendor Dealertrack.Must have minimum high school diploma or equivalent.• Previous titles experience preferred• Commercial vehicle experience preferred• Versatile (able to work several processes)• Think in the grey• Organizational skills• Attention to detail• Independent thinker• Ability to researchDress Codes: Business Casuals.- ID: #23850284
