We are looking for a Full-time/contract employee for a SPECTRIM & TX-ISAO Support Specialist.

Essential Duties: This position will involve the following, but not limited to:· Onboarding/offboarding users.· Vetting access requests.· Instructing end users on portal functionality.· Managing user permissions.· Developing user guidance documentation.· Responding to inquiries and emails about the portal.· Assisting other team members with operational duties.· Troubleshooting and problem solving technical issues.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS(Required):
  • Experience in a

    technical help desk support role.
  • Experience with user access management
  • Experience with Archer Integrated Risk Management

Skills(Preferred):
  • Experience documenting Standard Operating Procedures and User Guidance
  • Working in an external support/customer-facing role
  • Experience administration of Salesforce
