Do you have a real passion for providing an extraordinary customer experience? The People Operations Offer team is looking for an HRIS Analyst and that could be you! In the role you will learn to support our Offer tool providing sustaining support and redevelopment assist for Workday.

This HRIS analyst is responsible for providing professional, accurate and timely support to employees, vendors and partners, related to our People systems. You will be responsible for direct support, troubleshooting, documenting, resolving, raising and tracking escalated issues. You will partner with Recruiting, People Privacy, IT and Legal to resolve immediate issues.

In the role you will multitask across systems and applications, analyze, isolate and resolve a variety of complex issues, and comfortably navigate a technical environment. You will effortlessly engage, explaining step by step solutions with patience and an approach tailored to each individual customer. You're not only here to help fix technical issues, but also provide an incredible customer experience.

This candidate will also engage in integration support and ongoing development, testing and deploy phases of product life cycle managed through our weekly sprints.

This position is on site in Austin, Texas.
