Description We are offering an opportunity for a Systems Administrator in San Antonio, Texas. This role is vital to our team, with responsibilities including the provision, installation, configuration, and maintenance of system hardware, software, and network tools. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting infrastructure, and actively contributing to the efficient running of our operations.Responsibilities: Provide daily System Administration functions including the provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware/software, network hardware/software, and storage systems. Support Windows Active Directory storage, network, backups, and other supporting infrastructure. Operate and maintain monitoring and management tools like Microsoft SCOM, Microsoft SCCM. Communicate technical information to non-technical personnel effectively. Administer and support platforms such as Microsoft Hyper V and VMWare vCenter. Utilize scripting in Powershell to automate tasks and processes. Monitor and maintain customer credit applications and records. Handle customer credit inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operationsRequirements Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role Proficiency in Active Directory Experience with MS Exchange Server Knowledge and experience with VMware Familiarity with SharePoint Proficiency in MS Windows Server 2008 Experience with Hyper-V Excellent problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred Relevant certifications are a plus Must be legally eligible to work in the specified location.
