Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Space (CEW&S) is looking to hire a System Administrator III, Lead position to support our DANS team in our San Antonio, TX location. In this position, you will be working with the Service Desk Team (ServiceNow) to support Cyber Protection Teams (CPTs) and Mission Defense Teams (MDTs) to resolve Tier 1 - 3 trouble tickets and sustain the mobile, deployable, and garrison Cyberspace Vulnerability Assessment-Hunter (CVA-H) platforms and administration of operational network systems to support the program.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Applies expertise to solve Tier 1 -3 technical support issues for end-users. • Experience with the ServiceNow ITSM system. • Uses automated information systems and ServiceNow dashboards. • Reviews incoming requests, both computer generated and verbal, sort, code, and may prioritize for proper action. • Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required. • Creates and maintains service reports. • Reviews incoming requests, both computer generated and verbal, sort, code, and may prioritize for proper action. • Resolves problems or contacts more senior technical support as necessary. • Supports users by fulfilling individual requests for information and/or training in the utilization of the various databases available. • Conducts technical research for the source of information required in support of requests for information related to ongoing programs and proposal efforts. • Maintains network diagrams and circuit records. • Instruct users on the use of CVA-H platforms and applications. • Very familiar with a variety of software and applications for PCs and Networks. • Able to troubleshoot user/system problems in a dynamic mission-impacting environment. • Familiarization with DoD enterprise and infrastructures. • Excellent customer interface and interpersonal skills. • Experience Tier 1 -3 level support to users in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS Degree with 5-8 years relevant experience, MS Degree with 3-5 years relevant experience, HS with 8-10 years relevant experience. At least 3 years of increasingly complex and progressive experience in computer systems administration. • DoD 8570/8140 Information Assurance Level II (IAT II) Certification o CompTia Security+ CE or equivalent

• Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI Eligibility

Preferred Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified Administrator • Familiarization with Jira, Confluence • Familiarization with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Scrum
