Springfield, Missouri and Galveston, Texas is searching for a Systems Analyst with functional experience effectively analyzing business situations and designing systematic and efficient data processing solutions to business problems. The incumbent is the primary interface between the end user and the data processing organization throughout several phases of system development projects.Remote Work:Company prefers candidates located Springfield, Missouri or Galveston, Texas. They would be open to 100% remote candidates outside of the Houston, Texas area.Compensation and Benefits:- Salary range $70-88K – depending on experience level and years of experience

- 9/75 hour work week – either every other Friday or Monday off
- 3 years of experience in data processing.
- Prepares the initial problem definition.
- Defines the project scope and objectives.
- Determines specific requirements to be satisfied.
- Designs system solutions.
- Analyzes the operational, technical, and economic feasibility of proposed system solutions.
- Designs detailed data structures, programs, reports, data entry, manual procedures and training requirements necessary to install the system.
- Provides analytical support for the ongoing maintenance of the developed system.
- Must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written skills.)
