- Responsible for administering infrastructure environments including VMware, SolarWinds O365, and Cisco UCS.
- Deep understanding of Active Directory and Active Directory management.
- Strong understanding of systems lifecycle management and ownership of infrastructure hardware including standalone servers, blade environments, and hyper-converged systems.
- Proactive ownership of multiple SAN (Cohesity/Pure/Nutanix) environments to include firmware upgrades, environment expansions, system migrations, and data replications.
- Improve productivity in delivery orchestration, proactive monitoring, self-healing automation, and operations validations.
- Solve problems related to critical services and build automation to proactively detect and prevent their re-occurrences.
- Work successfully with vendors to lead upgrades and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Leverage scripting and automation tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Support a cloud first strategy including application cloud readiness assessments, on-premises to cloud migrations, and cloud proof-of-concepts.
- Maintain and deploy cloud services including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS solutions.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation schedule.
- Stay abreast of current technologies.
- Find opportunities for ongoing professional growth and learning.
- Proactively identify ways to support team goals and recommend solutions.
- Effectively manage time and resources. This may include leveraging resources from other groups and coordinating testing efforts of other departments.
- Executes basic project planning and reporting.
- 3-5 years of experience in server operating systems management with an enterprise environment.
- 3-5 years of experience working with hardware integration, virtual environments, and data storage.
- Experience administering Office 365.
- Ability to engage in problem-solving skills to help identify and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Visio preferred.
- Must be bondable.
- Proven ability to think creatively and learn new technologies rapidly.
- Proven history of building relationships with both technical and non-technical teams quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrated excellence in providing superb customer service required.
- Excellent analytical skills required.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data standards (both data exchange and storage) highly preferred.

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Experience in cloud infrastructure projects with hands on migration expertise to public clouds such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience working in a Credit Union or financial services industry.
- Certification in VMware or Microsoft.
- Certification in Azure or AWS.
